FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Craftaway

No contract exisits between you and Craftaway for the sale of any goods until Craftaway has received and accepted your order, and sends confirmation to you.  Once Craftaway has done so, there is a legal binding contract between us.

The contract is subject to your right of cancellation and Craftaway reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any individual or company at it absolute discretion.

Craftaway may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum order value, however please be aware of our shipping costs (please see below)

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

For Orders within the UK
• Total order value less than £20 - shipping charge £1.95
• Total order value of £20 or above shipping charge is FREE

For Orders outside of the UK but within Europe
• Standard charge of £7.50
• If the actual cost of postage is significantly greater than these amounts then we may E-mail you asking for credit card details, which will be used to charge the extra.

For Orders outside of Europe
• Standard charge of £10.00
• If the actual cost of postage is significantly greater than these amounts then we may E-mail you asking for credit card details, which will be used to charge the extra.

Discrepencies with your delivery should be reported to us within 2 working days of receipt.

Faulty items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us.  Replacements will only be dispatched upon receipt of the faulty item.

DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF GOODS

The description and the price of the goods you order will be shown on Craftaway website at the time you place your order, however even though every effort to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time you place your order.  If any error is found Craftaway will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.  If you cancel Craftaway will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

The goods are subject to availability, if on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Craftaway will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

All drawings, descriptive matter and any specifications contained on Craftaway website are published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They will not form part of this contract.

The price of the goods are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rate.

PAYMENT

Payment for goods can be made by Credit/Debit card using Secure Paypal gateway or Cheque.

All transactions must be in Pound Sterling and paid in full before goods are dispatched.

If you are paying via cheque, please make it payable to "Craftaway" and send to us at PO Box 14067, REDDITCH, Worcs. B97 9GA.
Please note that orders will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared.

DELIVERY

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order

If delivery cannot be made to your address, Craftaway will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

Every reasonable effort wiil be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted.

RIGHT TO CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you recieve the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Craftaway by  hand or post or email, giving details of the goods ordered and where appropriate their delivery.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Craftaway at your own cost. The goods must be returned to PO Box 14067, REDDITCH, Worcs. B97 9GA . You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Once you have notified Craftaway that you are cancelling the contract, Craftaway will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriate or expire rapidly.

 WARRANTY

If the products Craftaway deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity Craftaway's liability shall be limited to replacing the damaged or defective products or making good the shortfall in quantity or at Craftaway's option crediting the price and delivery charges of those products to your credit/debit card. Craftaway shall not be liable to you for failure to deliver products ordered by you unless you notify Craftaway within 42 days of the date of your order. Craftaway's liabliltiy shall be limited to delivering the products ordered or at Craftaway's option crediting the price and delivery charges of non-delivered products to your credit/debit card.

Craftaway, its employees and other agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or any other form of compensation.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed to limit Craftaway's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

DATA PROTECTION

Craftaway will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless Craftaway's is negligent, Craftaway will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

You can correct information that Craftaway hold about you, or ask for information to be deleted by giving written notice to Craftaway at our current postal address or email address.

APPLICABLE LAW

As the internet allows access to the site from countries acting under different laws differing from those of Craftaway(anywhere outside of England and Wales) you agree that insofar as is allowed by any relevant legislation or jurisdiction English law shall govern this contract and any disputes under it.
